Our foundation membership is an affordable introduction to improving and maintaining your skin health with consistent care.

Skin Ritual Membership Terms & Conditions
- Skin Ritual Memberships are based on receiving 1 skin treatment every month over a 12-month period.
- As a Member, you will also receive 5% off all retail purchases and 15% off Tru Dermal LED Masks (excluding any products that are already discounted).
- You will also receive a FREE Massage* on your birthday month. Birthday Massage’s can only be booked Monday – Friday. If your birthday month is December, your Birthday Massage will be offered in January. Massage cannot be transferred a different treatment or product.
* Skin Smart Ritual = 30 minute Back, Neck & Shoulder Birthday Massage.
Skin Glow Ritual = 45 minute Back, Neck & Shoulder & Scalp Birthday Massage.
Skin Pro Ritual = 60 minute Full Body Birthday Massage. - Skin memberships are excluded from accruing loyalty points for treatments.
- On sign up you will be charged a one-off $10.35 establishment fee and a 3.6% excl gst Payleadr surcharge is included in your payment subscription.
- Treatments must be monthly, if you are unable to attend an appointment during the month, you are able to gift it to a friend (and your friend must have the treatment within the month). Your FREE Birthday Massage cannot be gifted.
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise your treatment that month will be forfeited.
- Skin Ritual Memberships are designed to be 12 months with a 6-month minimum term sign up. After 6 months you can cancel your membership by giving us 30 days notice. If you wish to cancel by the end of the 6th month, you need to give us notice in your 5th month.
