Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Client Profile
To earn loyalty points, all clients are required to have a profile on our Client System. This will automatically note your products purchased and accumulate loyalty points. When you purchase products and earn points you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
A client profile will either be created with us in clinic or when you make your first online booking.
The minimum details we require are your: full name, email and phone number in order to contact you about our Products, Services, Points and Free Treatments. We rely on you to ensure all information that you supply is true and correct and that you update us promptly whenever your details change.
Loyalty Points
- You will earn points on any full priced product purchased in clinic at New Leaf Skin & Beauty when the spend level exceeds $50. This excludes any promotional purchases or packages.
- You will earn 1 Point per $1 spend on all qualifying products.
- You will receive a Free Treatment for every 1000 Points you earn within a 12 month period.
- The Products on which Points can be earned may vary from time to time.
- You may only earn Points for yourself personally. We reserve the right to check identification when dealing with Points and redeeming Free Treatments or other benefits.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, Gift Cards or any Products and Services except as expressly set out in these Terms.
- Points expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless converted to a Free Treatment.
- If you return a Product on which you have earned Points, the Points will be deducted.
Free Treatments
When you earn 1000 points within 12 months, you will receive a Free Treatment.
Free Treatments are limited to the following and you may choose one per 1000 points:
- LED Light Therapy 15 minute Add On or 30 minute Standalone
- Back Neck & Shoulder Massage 30 minute Add On
- Pure Fiji Express Facial 30 minute Standalone
Free Treatments:
- Must be redeemed in full, cannot be sold or transferred to another client, or exchanged for cash or a gift voucher.
- Are valid for 3 months from date of being earned and will expire after 3 months if not used.
- Cannot be redeemed during December.
New Leaf reserves the right to update or end the points system at any time. If our Points system ends, we reserve the right to cancel all Points or accumulated spend. However, any Free Treatment(s) that have been earned prior to the date of termination will continue to be valid for the lesser period of 3 months after the date they were earned, or any other period notified by us at the time of termination.
Free Brow Shape & Tint + Half Price Treatment
Collect a Treatment Loyalty card and receive a stamp after every full priced treatment. Excludes any promotional purchases or packages.
Receive a FREE Brow Shape & Tint after 5 treatments.
Receive a Half Priced Treatment after 10 treatments.
Treatments cannot be redeemed during December.
Half price treatment to the value of the lowest purchased treatment. Not redeemable against any other promotion and package.
Valid for 12 months from first dated treatment. Please retain your loyalty card as a record of your transactions.
When a Free or Half Price Treatment is redeemed, stamps will not be earned on the value of the Free or Half Price Treatment redeemed.
Ultraceuticals Homecare Goodie
Collect an Ultraceuticals Loyalty Product Reward card and receive a stamp for every full sized, qualifying Ultraceuticals product purchased in store at New Leaf Skin & Beauty. When you purchase 8 products, you receive a free full sized Ultraceuticals product.
Collection of 8 stamps is valid for 12 months from first dated purchase. Excludes any promotional purchases or packages.
The loyalty product gifted in redemption is selected by Ultraceuticals and New Leaf Skin & Beauty who reserve the right to change the product at any time.
