We believe in celebrating your beauty journey—every step of the way. That’s why our Glow Rewards Program gives you more of what you love, simply for doing what you’d already do: pamper yourself.
Here’s how it works:

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on treatments, skincare*, makeup, and body products.

You’ll receive an email of your progress after every appointment or ask in‑store—points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned.

Can I combine tiers?
No—but you can redeem whenever you hit 1,000 or keep saving to 2,000 for an even more indulgent experience.
Do my Glow Points ever expire?
Yes. Each point you earn expires 12 months after the purchase that generated it. Keep an eye on your emails or ask in-store so nothing goes to waste!
After each visit with New Leaf Skin & Beauty, you will receive an email updating you on your points balance. Please ensure we have your correct email on file and you are willing to receive ‘promotions’ from us.
To keep things fair and fabulous, a few things you can’t do with your Glow Rewards
Glow Points are earned by the recipient of the service.
Gift vouchers do not generate points when purchased. Instead, points are awarded to the person who redeems the voucher.
Glow Rewards can only be redeemed from the official Loyalty Menu.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or swapped for other services not listed.
Glow Points are non-transferable.
Rewards points are linked to your personal account and cannot be gifted or transferred to someone else.
New Leaf Glow Rewards points don’t accumulate on Appearance Medicine services.
Skin Ritual Membership treatments receive their own incredible benefits so loyalty Glow Points do not accrue for these treatments.
*Products from the Ultraceuticals range do not earn Glow Points, as they are part of a separate program: Ultra Shop & Glow.
No-shows mean forfeited points. If you book a reward treatment using your points and fail to attend, the associated points will be forfeited.
How do I book my Glow Rewards treatments?
Simply book the treatment online or ask us to add it on to your next treatment.
You can only redeem one loyalty Glow Rewards treatment per visit.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Your free loyalty Glow Rewards appointments are available January – November.
Glow Rewards appointments are available only Monday to Friday.
Sorry, we do not except Loyalty bookings in December.

If you loved your treatment and refer a friend: we’ll offer your friend 10% off their very first treatment at New Leaf.
As a huge thank you, you will be rewarded with 10% off your next treatment once your friend has completed their treatment.
All your friend needs to do is tell us your full name to match up with our client profile card when they come in for their appointment.
You can refer as many friends as you like and the same 10% reward offer will be honoured each time!
Please note the discount is for treatments only (not products) and not valid with gift vouchers, promotions or package deals and a new client is deemed someone who has never had a treatment at New Leaf or identifies on our Client System.
Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Client Profile
To earn loyalty Glow Points, all clients are required to have a profile on our Client System. This will automatically note your products purchased and accumulate loyalty points. When you purchase products and earn points you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
A client profile will either be created with us in clinic or when you make your first online booking.
The minimum details we require are your: full name, email and phone number in order to contact you about our Products, Services, Points and Free Treatments. We rely on you to ensure all information that you supply is true and correct and that you update us promptly whenever your details change.
Loyalty Glow Points
- You will earn Glow Points on any full priced product and treatment purchased in clinic at New Leaf Skin & Beauty. This excludes any promotional purchases or packages.
- You will earn 1 Point per $1 spend on all qualifying products.
- Glow Points are not earned for Appearance Medicine treatments, Skin Ritual Membership treatments, Gift Voucher purchases, *Ultraceuticals product purchases.
- You will receive a Free Treatment for every 1000 Points you earn within a 12 month period.
- The Products on which Glow Points can be earned may vary from time to time.
- You may only earn Glow Points for yourself personally. We reserve the right to check identification when dealing with Glow Points and redeeming Free Treatments or other benefits.
- Glow Points cannot be redeemed for cash, Gift Cards or any Products and Services except as expressly set out in these Terms.
- Glow Points expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless converted to a Free Treatment.
- If you return a Product on which you have earned Glow Points, the Points will be deducted.
Free Loyalty Glow Reward Treatments
When you earn 1000 Glow Points within 12 months, you will receive a Free Treatment.
Free Treatments are limited to the following and you may choose one per 1000 points:
- Hybrid Brow Shape & Stain 15 minute Add On or 30 minute Standalone
- LED Light Therapy 15 minute Add On or 30 minute Standalone.
You may choose one per 2000 points:
- Microdermabrasion 15 minute Add On or 30 minute Standalone
- Hydradermabrasion Facial 45 minute Standalone
Free Treatments:
- Must be redeemed in full, cannot be sold or transferred to another client, or exchanged for cash or a gift voucher.
- Are valid for 3 months from date of being earned and will expire after 3 months if not used.
- Cannot be redeemed during December.
- Cannot be redeemed on Saturdays.
New Leaf reserves the right to update or end the Glow Points system at any time. If our Points system ends, we reserve the right to cancel all Points or accumulated spend. However, any Free Treatment(s) that have been earned prior to the date of termination will continue to be valid for the lesser period of 3 months after the date they were earned, or any other period notified by us at the time of termination.
Ultraceuticals Shop & Glow
Collect an Ultraceuticals Loyalty Product Reward card and receive a stamp for every full sized, qualifying Ultraceuticals product purchased in store at New Leaf Skin & Beauty. When you purchase 9 products, you receive a free Ultraceuticals PHA Party Glow Peel, 30 minute Treatment, valued at $125.
- Collection of 9 stamps is valid for 12 months from first dated purchase.
- Excludes any promotional purchases or packages.
- The loyalty product/treatment gifted in redemption is selected by Ultraceuticals and New Leaf Skin & Beauty who reserve the right to change the reward at any time.
- Reward cannot be exchanged for cash, product or any other services.
- Rewarded Treatment can only be booked on Monday – Friday, January – November.
- If you book the Reward Treatment and don’t show up or give less than 24 hours cancellation notice, your reward points will be forfeited.
- Please retain your loyalty card as a record of your transactions.
