How the treatment works — step by step
Step 1 - Consultation & scalp assessment
Let’s start your hair growth journey with a Discovery Session to set expectations and create a personalised treatment plan to achieve your goals. We map thinning areas, review medical history and design a personalised plan with prescribed homecare.
Step 2 - Preparation
Our two-step preparation creates the ideal environment for microneedling and maximises product absorption. We begin with an EXO-GROW scalp prep mask to purify the scalp, clear congestion and balance natural oils. We then perform a thorough antiseptic cleanse to minimise surface bacteria and ensure the scalp is clean to begin.
Step 3 - Microneedling with Dermapen
Controlled vertical needling stimulates the scalp and creates microchannels. This is pain free and likened to a soft scratching.
Step 4 - Exosome application
Clinical-grade exosomes (base 2.5 mL included in the Base treatment) are applied immediately to maximise uptake.
Step 5 - Post treatment Soothe & Shield
